Im new to blitz 3d
I put the two folders in my stranded II folder
I put userlibs in program files/blitz3d
I put -inbb -win in the option
program/program command line
thats the one I think I did wrong
but anyway what did I do wrong or can some explain how to setup assuming im an idiot?
I love how quite a few people on facepunch were saying they'd make multiplayer if he released the source code, now they don't post anymore.
Well, I used to go to Facepunch, there's a lot of people there that basically say they can program because they think it makes them look better, when in actuality, very few of them can, and out of those, even fewer care to do so.
It's kind of a horrible place. I just visit for mods, once in a while.
Tell me how to do it
never ran it
i just have bought the full version and is kept in the junk folder of my computer
are there any special requirement for it
Like 1 GB of ram?
Coz i only have 195mb of ram
yo. If it's cool with the peoplez, I wanna use stranded's sourcecode to create a standalone editor. You help???
Like... use the one from stranded and copy that to a standalone???
Vibhor has written
First change you accent from a rapper to a common man
or businessman
Second make your self clear before stating your request
because of your accent and style you make yourself difficult to understand
Jeez, how hard is it to get the msg across.
-Assuming I use Blitz3d
-Open Stranded II 'source'
-Just copy editor functions,GUI,engine, constants etc. into a standalone editor.
My questions: 1: Where do I start?
Where to find all functions,GUI,engine etc.???

2: How do I change the default map sizes?
3: How is the buffering done?
EDIT: Yak. Where my yak at?
if you know so little, i suggest you stop. it requires real skill which you don't learn in 2 weeks. unless you've got the skill that is.
As per your first question, Blitz3d is "based on" BASIC.
Whatever that means, exactly.
I have found absolutely no definitive answer regarding how they differ, and whether or not you could straight up pick up books for BASIC and apply it directly to Blitz3d.
As for your second question, I don't know. I'd imagine BASIC as well. Haven't really looked at 'em myself.
