how to make your own tile
5 replies

First of all, you must know how many Tiles you wanna make.
For example, you wanna make 5x10 = 50 Tiles, then you need :
5x32 = 160
10x32 = 320
Just open Paint, then CTRL + E, then you write in both 32x32, in height and length.
This is the size of 1 Tile, then you cut it out and copy
it into a new Paint, this new Document must have the Size, you need for 50 Tiles = 160x320.
Now you copy in and then you can make the next one.
If you finish the Tileset, then save it at C:/Programm/
Counter-Strike: 2D/gfx/tiles, but it must have the Filetype .bmp.
I hope, i could help you with this Reply.
I recommend " Photofiltre " (light and practical)
Use Photoshop the Load, "Blank Tiles Set Max Size" C: / Counter Strike 2D/Gfx/Tiles
========
2 - Start
there that starts, FIRST!, you paint the first square of pink
- you now have several types to MAKE the tiles
. You can create it alone, With Quadradihos 1-1, giving up many definitions
. You can pick up the textures in CS 1.6, using WALLY, or SCREENSHOTS
. You can enter this site
HERE, and download some textures and reduce to 32x32 or 64x64
==============
3 - END
save the file on C: / Counter Strike 2D/Gfx/Tiles (name of file)
and use it in the Editor
That was my answer
But can u give me a download link for the program wich can reduce to 32x32 or 64x64.
