I just wanna start with saying that its some pretty nice games you've made here.. I just found them some weeks ago and they are awesome!!
I am just wondering if there is any progress with Stranded 3? Or if you are still lacking in ideas for it.. I know that theres probably been many questions about it, but as far as i can see its several years ago people asked.. And since its 3 years since now, i hope its "okay" for me to ask...
I'm not looking for any release date, just to hear if theres any progress with S3.. Would be nice to know

way too early to say that DC has much to do. He works on games in his free time, and only if he really wants to. So we can neither tell you a release date, nor the progress he has made. Sorry There 2 Stranded's out by now.

1. If you read closely I said "At the least the first one I know!".
2. Why is my signature with flame? I'm not attacking someone, I'm being sarcastic. And swearing is allowed here. You actually reminded me that I'm the Master of Trolling, not Flaming. 
EVerybody ( including DC, probably ) wants to see a Stranded 3, but it most likely is never going to happen. DC has already released many games, CC, CS2D ( and that gmae takes a lot of work! ), Stranded 1 and 2. To ask for a Stranded 3, is LUDACRIS,, since DC is so busy, I mena after all he still has to study for uni, so NEVER ask for new version of software. You can take a look at IDK how many examples in the Stranded OI thread, really, just look. You will see just short of a thousand I assure you! Stranded 3 = Minecraft?
You'll just have to wait for it, but I'm (mostly) sure Stranded 3 will be made... eventually. DC Admin

Development of Stranded III did not start yet because I'm busy with other projects and other stuff. There is certainly no lack of ideas or something like that 
There will be a Stranded III probably, but I can't estimate when it is done. News and updates will be released here at the website as soon as there is something to show or play. Okay..
Well, im not asking because i REALLY want a answer, just because im curious about it.. And of what i've learned, you are not going to die because you ask for something .. But, thanks for the answer..
And i can see that you've, DC, have made alot of other projects, and its nice.. I was just wondering about S3, and therefore i asked.. You never know what the answer will be....
But thanks for all the answers guys, i got a answer from DC, and im glad.. Just hoping someday, no matter if its next year or in 3-5 years, that there will be a S3, because its a awesome game and i will recommend it to friends... As long as DC is taking the time he need to finish it and make it perfect in his eyes, im glad!

Lol, same! I have told almost every person I know about UnrealSoftware and Stranded II, it is such a flexible game, you can do almost anything with it. One person even asked me ( this sounds stupid, but he needed to do something that involved programming/scripting ) if it was possible to make an island where you can 'teleport' to different islands to listen to different types of music. I obviously answered "Yes!" and showed him how to script teleporters. He apparently got a B- for it I be waiting for Stranded 3!!

just to keep you up to date: I'm pretty sure now that Stranded III will be written in C++ with Ogre3D as 3D engine. I already started some basic work but there's nothing I could show yet.
