Can someone help me with this problem.
if cant check your firewall
2. Go to CS2D/sys/usgn.dat (Open with wordpad) make sure the first line is '85.214.102.60|usgn.de'.
3. Try connecting with an ip (http://usgn.de/servers.php.)

thats shit. i have a w-lan router,too and i can creat cs2d servers. i only have to forward the ports.
but most time people dont know how to forward ports and are too stupid to read the manual or search the internet.
and he didnt asked how to creat a server, he asked for help because he has trouble in CONNECTING to cs2d.
