- I did not receive an activation mail!?
- Why am I not able to login?
This can have many reasons! Please try the following steps:
- Did you register an account already? Do so if you didn't do it yet: Register now! DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU ALREADY OWN ONE!
- Did you activate your account after registration? You receive a mail where you have to click at a link!
- Is your account banned? Check your state in the user list: User list
- Remove your cookies / use another browser
- Use the recovery page to get your name/mail or to set a new password: Recovery page
- You think that your account has been stolen? Please send a mail to Unreal Software with a link to the profile of your account! Use the same e-mail address you used for the account registration - if possible!
- You lost your password AND you have NO access to your e-mail account AND your account has NOT been stolen by someone else? We are sorry! Your account is lost in that case!
- I forgot my password! How to get it back?
