Reviewers can "accept" or "decline" files in the file archive. This way they control which files are kept and which are removed. Authors of declined files commonly get the chance to improve their files and to let them review again. Reviewers are not allowed to edit files from others or to remove them instantly. Only moderators/admins can do this.
